Joel Ibanez

Player Summary 

Joel is a very athletic and technical midfielder, whom can also operate as a right back. He is strong, quick, and covers a lot of ground during a game. Joel can efficiently play as a holding midfielder but has the attributes to play as a box to box midfielder also. 

Joel has a great right foot and possesses an excellent range of passing over short and long distances. He loves to drive with the ball and has the ability to escape pressure and tight situations very quickly. Whilst he may not find himself in front of goal as a holding midfielder very often, he has displayed a level of composure when finishing. 

One of Joel’s biggest strength’s is his intelligence and the ability to read the game. He is then strong in the tackle when necessary but tries to regain possession of the ball more importantly instead of just clearing it. He has captained several teams during his young career and displayed that leadership during our trial event in November.
